Our Process

Our process starts with a phone conversation to discuss your potential project. The most important items we need to address for any potential project are Budget, Design, and Timeline. Once we understand your needs we can build a plan to make sure all of your expectations are met.

Budget

It all starts with budget. It is important to discuss this up front so that we can be realistic when moving on to the design stage. There’s no use to design to an unattainable budget only to have to go back to the beginning later. That said, we can work within most budgets to achieve your desired result. Based off our initial meeting, we can generally provide rough pricing to allow you to decide if you would like to move forward with the project.

Design

The next step is the design phase. A good design is crucial to achieving your expectations. We are happy to work with your designer or architect. We can also provide these services for fee as well.

Timeline

Based on the design we can provide a detailed scope of work with accurate pricing, as well as a timeline for the work to be completed. The size of the project will dictate the amount of planning and where it falls into our schedule. Once scheduled, our team will complete your project within the allotted timeline.
